I'm fairly sure this is mid eighties 1986 / 7 if my memory servers me right...
This was well known everywhere....
And I think I might only have to mention the possible title word :-
"FREEBASE"
Yeah it's that disco / hip-hop type no with the words...
"FREE !......LOVE!.....FREE!.....LOVE"
then there's that ahhhhhh....ahhhhhhh.....ahhhhhhh !!!!!
that goes higher and higher...
This should be a quick one....

It was the 90's remix that got played at Jenks Bar - Zone, by Matt Bell, if I remember rightly!!

Pretty sure I've got both. Ben Liebrand did the remix I have I think. I'll try and rip a sample tonight.

There's a few remixes of this out there.
The BBBC DMC remix is pretty good in a rough breaks style. It's on the start of the Breakbeat Spectacular mix I've done in the mixes section.
There were some other mixes that came out in about 94 which I remember being pretty good. I think they could have been on React, but could be wrong.
There was also a top little mix done in about 96 and only came out on white label which took the bassline and kind of put an acid tweek to it. That only used limited bits of the vocals as well. I'll have a dig around and up a sample.
