Zone tune from circa 94....

Only bits I can remember are...at the start...are male sort of rapping vocal :-

"Hello everybody.......hello everybody" repeats....

then it drops into an almost unrecognisable rasta style rap...

and I think the tune is typical synthy (wot a suprise eh?)

I'm not even gonna try and describe that rap though !!!!
