It was done by 'Jazz & the Brothers Grimm Feat' Baby D & MC Juice', the mix you want is the 'Raising Hell remix', which came out on 'Production House Records' in 1989

I always thought the Production House release was the re-release with the original on Tam Tam.

The best Mix is the Raising Hell Mix but the unknown one on the b. side of the TamTam promo is good as well
The original Coffee version is a full on disco blinder and can be found on Mastercuts Classic Disco Vol 1
As for what version came first all i know is that Jazz & The Brothers Grimm released a 12" called 'Get Flat!' in 1988 on Production House (released through Polydor) PZ21 so i presume the Production House Version came first!
By the Way DON'T buy 'Get Flat!' it is one of the worst records i have in my collection! Avoid at all costs!
