I dont think the origianl vocals"come with me,tonites the night....." came from Altern 8 but i cant remember where they did come from due to substantial memory loss!!

firstly the guy in bradley recs halifax
having a chat.......
and i saw the vinyl and said i hadn't ever seen another copy
apart from mine.....
its a 4 trk'r entitled something like
'only for the dj's'
i was asking about the mix and if it was ever released
and he said it had been the dmc mix
so never commercially released
its also got
neon light
a frankie knuckles 'work out'
sechii 'keep on jammin'
check out the wankers @HTFR for a copy
likely they'll send the wrong vinyl mind
but its well worth the £12 asking price

If I were a betting man - I'd put money on this "Only for the DJ's" being a bootleg.
As it happens this mix - "House Instrumental" - never got a full release. It appears on the b-side of the Cooltempo promo of the UK Remix, released in 1988 (COOLXR 175). When the UK remix got a full release they replaced the House Instrumental with an Instrumental of the original mix (they also changed the UK remix as well - the full release doesn't have the sweeping strings for some reason).
The House Instrumental appeared on various bootlegs - most notably the "box" bootleg which relabeled it as "Two Two Hype".
Strangely enough, the House Instrumental mix did feature on a compilation called "The Sound Of Cooltempo" released in 1990.
In 12" format this track is pretty rare - Hard to find even have the bootleg of this track in their "We Want" section.

IT IS INFACT CALLED 'DJ CLASSICS'
ITS MORE THAN LIKELY A BOOTLEG
IT PRESSED WELL
AND THE SOUND IS PERFECT
ITS EVEN GOT A WELL PRINTED LABEL
NOT LIKE CERTAIN PEOPLES BOOTLEGS MENTIONING NO NAMES
