Colour of love rave track around 90/91

Does anyone remember a rave track that had the vocal sample "what's the colour of love?". It's not Reese project, it was around 90/91,harder in sound with a more euphoric break. Sure it's somewhere in my stash but I've moved house and they are all over the place. Any help would be much appreciated, can't get it out of my head.
