1991-1992? Unknown Tune

From a mix downloaded off P2P years ago labelled as being 1991-1992 but I'm not so sure that it is. Can anybody confirm? Thanks in advance :D

sounds like early German electronic music.
I have a compilation album somewhere and this reminded me of that one straight away

Sounds to me like early 90s House bridging Techno from this period. Unknown tune to me, sorry.
