Yes it is strange that the comments are turned off, it must be a mistake, because there is no way of replying to the video. I think the uploader made a thread listing the various ID's on Discogs a while ago, but I have no clue where it is.

The song I am looking for sounds familiar, but I cannot remember the name. I have tried searching for the vocal samples "free at last" and "I have a dream" but nothing has come up...
