Have definitely heard this before, sounds a bit like early Frankie Bones stuff along the lines of the track "We can do this" from 1992.
Not really sure though. I may have it on a Carl Cox tape, will have to check it out.

Oh and why u bother putting a 1mb wav file up when a 100k real or low rate mp3 would sound just as crap, your lucky Im on broadband as if I was using dial-up I wouldnt have even listened to it :S
