Unknown Jungle White Label

Found this unknown white label, jungle tune in an old box of records. It has 4 tracks on the vinyl. Run out just says J1 A or JI A on side a and J1 B or JI B on side 2. I think it may be a Cheech and Chong sample in this tune. Any one have any ideas?
