Hey everyone, looking for a track from this (https://youtu.be/K0XYZhtR3-M?feature=shared&t=621) 1995 Jeff Mills set at 10:20.

Some info/assumptions:

A vocal can be heard during the track saying "It's dark in here" which I have pinpointed to being from the late 93/early 94 US release "The Look Featuring Franklin Fuentes – March" (https://www.discogs.com/master/951869-The-Look-Featuring-Franklin-Fuentes-March). It doesn't sound like Mills is simply layering the acapella because only a short part is looped and seems to have some extra delay/reverb but I could be wrong about this.
This assumption would hint towards the track having been released late 1994 to early 1995.

Any hints appreciated. Labels/artists to check, etc.

Hopeful bump. Maybe some labels to check? I've almost listened to every 94/95 UK techno release available on discogs at this point.

(Goa) Trance adjacent bass line and lead. It somehow reminds early Luke Slater productions like Bande Magnetique (or early Planet Rhythm records by Lekebusch, Leiner etc.)
American Techno was mostly stomping acid tracks, Detroit melancholic chords or House-based grooves in 94/95.
Then again if the vocal sample is actually part of the track that points towards an American release as the original Franklin Fuentes track was way more popular among the US crowd.

Kind of think it might be an unreleased track at this point. Maybe even by Robert Hood.
I seriously checked every 94/94 techno release that has audio on youtube.
