I heard this tune on a Zone / Fever tape a while back and Im not sure what it is. I think its from about 93ish as some of the other tunes on there were quite old.
Here goes:

(Female vocals with a a few xylophone notes)
Baby your the finest, the finest, ive seen (scratch noise)

More female vocals but I cant remember what they are then there's some male vocals that go:
Dance sucker, gotta move sucker
Dance sucker, gotta move sucker

The tune then goes in to XL Rhythm - Brothers and Sisters if its any help.
Details are a bit sketchy I know but any help would be greatly appreciated.
