This is a strange one. Tunes sound all early 1994 apart from a random 1992 tune chucked in there. I doubt this is Mickey Finn based on the tunes selection. Any ideas anyone? It could even be a newer mix.

Definitely not Mickey Finn. The youtube uploader usually creates a fake tape image if he can't find a scan or pic online so the tape shown is misleading.
