Two 90s Happy Hardcore ID's

Hi all - I need to ID two happy hardcore tracks from the late 90s. i got a mixed bag of tunes from 94 -2000

First track samples - Bad Habit Boys - Blow Your Mind (0:00 - 3:03)

Second track - no idea to be honest (3:04 - 7:22)
