Trying to make out the vocal, sounds like walk on by? Is it a Gabrielle sample, came out about the same time. Nice tune anyway gonna try and have a hunt. You got any thoughts on the vocal?

It does sound like she's saying walk on by - I thought Gabrielle would have been it, but all the mixes of that are downtempo.

I'm not 100% sure, the quality is pretty bodge from being cam-corder, and if italo house has taught me anything, it's don't always trust that what you think she is saying, is what she is saying :)

Lol I just found it - why I never found it on any of my other "walk on by 1996" searches I don't know.
All the universe needed was a little push :)
