Really like 7 and 8. What Dj is playing them? Is it definitely 1994? Anymore info that could help the search really appreciatd

These tracks from 2 sets of different Russian DJs who are not in active musical scene now.
Year 1994 is absolutly right. Both sets were played on the radio in 1994.
Unfortunately, there's no tracklists or any other info
