Dark / Jungle Techno track with "Je T'aime" sample looping

I'm after an old track - sounds very much like a Ron Wells (Jack Smooth) / Basement Records production, but I'm not sure it is..

Top Buzz played it around 1993 (on a set which I can't find).
Very dark, amen break, and just a constant looping of some vocal clip saying "Je t'aime" ("I love you" in French) repeatedly..

Not much to go on I know, but thanks in advance for any pointers! :)

Just a slight correction. The male vocal doesn't say Je t'aime. He says "J'ai peur" which means "I'm afraid"

I always thought the lyric was ‘she said’ until I saw it on Discogs.
