Vocals ID - Old school breakbeat tune 1991-1993 - ?

I am trying to identify a break beat / hardcore track with vocals - sample - that go like:

"treat the bass like a bone and just bury it".

to be honest there were so many tracks with these samples it would help if you could narrow down where you heard it, either from a tape or from an event or dj.

Thats true, it was on a tape along with other tracks, not a dj set one. At the time I used to make my own compilation tapes, cant remember where I had found that track.
