1991 - Piano House Track (When it comes we'll dance)

Hi,

I'm new to this forum, I wondered if anyone possibly knew the ID of this track please?

Recorded from Wear FM Radio Station back in 1991.
Tried Shazam, but nothing. Vocals possibly say "When it comes, we'll dance the night we'll dance" ??
Would be amazing to find out what this actually is?! Probably very obvious...

Big tune indeed, catchy piano and massive bassline. Typical of the summer of 91 shock the beat and shades of rhythm.
Tried searching on vocal samples but no joy unfortunately.

Following sounds a bit different to me but I am probably wrong.
When it comes to dancin I'll be there... just do that dance

I'm amazed it's not an easy one to ID as it's such a big tune imo.
I was hoping it was an obvious track, but seems that's not the case...

Hi, listening to the original clip the dj says it's the blackout session and rezerection 2 at the Mayfair coming your way this Thursday. Just googled the flyer for this event and it was on Thursday 13th June 1991. And amongst the DJs is Howie from Wear FM Blackout, so wonder if that's him playing this. I'll have a look through sets around this time. Must have been identified somewhere.

Thanks for having a listen, much appreciated. It might actually be Howie DJ'ing yes. The guy on the mic is Maitre D, who is actually Wayne C Macdonald. I was gonna ask him, but it was a very long time ago, he probably doesn't even recall the tune ha ha
