Thanks for Taxiloco once again for help. I was asking for Energizer - Touch The Energy because I'm looking for another tune (from 91 or 92). To find this track I'll give some tips.

especially the vocal from 0:56 to 1:09
This vocal (unfortunately is shortened in Energizer - Touch The Energy) appears in the tune I am looking for.
After this vocal comes the very dynamic melody.
And very important - this melody is made from the similar sound from T99 - Anasthasia (I mean about this sound/hoover)
