Italo Disco and a Freestyle track, both 1986 or 87 - one-click listen

Hi, I have two tracks from a 1987 tape which contained mostly Italo-Disco and some Freestyle from the years 1986 and 1987.
There are two tracks I can't identify - it's also a bit hard to make out the lyrics but I tried my best :)

YES, that is the tune! Thanks so much - I probably never could've guessed it as there are so many excellent Italo labels & tracks it's not easy to follow, yet even keep track of! :)

At 4:24 there is a rap that sounds like being in French - that could give tips for the origin of the track, France, Belgium or Canada maybe?
