Help!! Been searching for 25 years for this tune!

Hi all,

I’ve been looking for an ID on this track for 25 years now! I first heard it on DJ Vertigo’s ‘happy’ tape that he put out in 1992. I searched for a long time and couldn’t find it and gave up. I was directed to an old Kiss tape today which also has the track on so I’m hopeful that with the new source, someone may be able to help me out so I can go out and buy this bloody record!

It’s track 7 I think and comes in at the 17:00 mark
