Hard House ID - It's A Kind Of Magic

Hi all,
not sure which year this tune comes from. Could be 1994 or late 90's.
It has the obvious sample "It's a kind of magic" all the way through it. The tune ends with "hey, you ruined my record man" (not included in attached mp3).

Well I don't know how on earth I missed it before when searching :confused: ... however I just did another search in Discogs and I found it straight up. :O
The ID is : Bio Phobith feat. Search & Destroy - It's A Kind Of Magic from 1994 and only released on the following compilation :
