From a rave in Toronto.. NYE 93-94 but it might be back some... Or it could be a test pressing?.. White label?... Pitch could be way up or down?

All I know is its bested every effort I've had to ID the track... Wave Analysis / matching, Shazam, Rabbit-holing on youtube 90s rave collections, going through discogs DB track by track, year by year..

Any help massively appreciated.
